Bachelorette party location ideas

Napa Valley is an incredible option for a destination bachelorette party for a number of reasons. While the vibe is a little more reserved than locations like Las Vegas and Nashville, Napa offers everything needed to create the most fabulous girl’s weekend ever planned! From spa treatments to wine tastings and more delicious restaurants than you can count, it’s not difficult to see why Napa is quickly becoming one of the top destinations for bachelorette parties!

Although many of Napa’s hotels are on the expensive side, their accommodations and great service make the price worth it. The Silverado Resort in Napa boasts two golf courses, a great pool, and a renowned spa. Another great spot is the Senza Hotel, which has a vineyard on its property! If you’re looking for lodging that’s a little less expensive, Yountville offers many different inns that are a little more affordable. The same can be said of Sonoma, and especially the Sonoma Creek Inn, which is a more budget-friendly option that will still deliver an excellent stay. While you’re in Napa, it’s a given that you’ll be visiting a variety of wineries. However, don’t miss out on some of the other amazing experiences offered in the area. Napa is famous for its hot air balloon rides and the Oxbow Market’s famous Napa Farmers Market is a definite must-see. There are also tons of spas scattered around the area, with Calistoga Spa and Hot Springs, the Auberge Spa, and The Baths at Roman Spa all listed as awesome options!

Since the wineries and vineyards in Napa are what draw people to the area, we’ve come up with a list of recommended stops to hit that all offer something a bit different. Although free wine tastings are few and far between in the area, Heitz Cellar offers a great one! V. Sattui is an excellent vineyard for picnicking at, while Domaine Carneros is an iconic French winery that also offers a yoga class overlooking the vineyard. HGK Estates offers a two for one tasting deal, as well. Robert Mondavi is a very popular vineyard with an excellent tasting, and Castello di Amarosa is a winery tour that absolutely cannot be missed- it’s modeled after an ancient Tuscan castle and looks every bit the part.

After a long day of wine tasting (the experts don’t recommend hitting more than four to five vineyards in a day), you’ll have worked up an appetite- and we have the skinny on all the best restaurants in the area! A favorite between locals and visitors alike, Gott’s Roadside Grill is famous for its burgers- try the Ahi Tuna for a real treat! Farmstead is another excellent restaurant, although slightly nicer, offering farm to table fare. Heritage Eats is a great spot to visit if you find yourself craving cuisine a little more ethnic (think bahn mi or chicken tikki masala wraps), while Angelo’s Deli makes some of the best sandwiches (and jerkey!!!) around!
