A High-Flying Trapeze Bachelorette Party
Some brides are giving new meaning to the “hangover.” A healthy and adrenaline-filled alternative to the traditional bachelorette party is having it at a trapeze class. Recently, newspapers interviewed 25-year-old bride-to-be Nicki Bonebrake who says the day after her bachelorette party she could barely get out of bed– and not because she drank too much. Her body was exhausted after learning the trapeze. “I couldn’t lift my arms. I put on deodorant and it hurt,” Bonebrake told reporters. “It was the good kind of sore.”
Bonebrake is like many impending brides, health conscious. She plays volleyball, coed flag football and attends yoga. That’s why when it came time to choose a bachelorette party activity, trapeze came out at the top of her list. It’s a great way to burn calories and build muscle tone before your big day.
